    Very interesting idea that people could make real through this great project on Fogo Island, NL. Atlantic Canada is just so beautiful and different from others close to water places. Once you discover that, you just want to go back there.

    Thank you for sharing the video. From what I gather Kudos, Real talk and Meraki came out as really superb initiatives which aren't just delivering a dry solution to a problem but have real empathy. I can really see the effort put in, to enhance the lives of the individuals in making these events happen. The solutions are indeed unique and personalized. I particularly liked how you mentioned how most designers are just playing into a role for clients that don't see the big picture. Just offering another empathy map where the empathy is focused on the opposite side. This is a problem arising from the KPI's used for training new service designers, I haven't come across a single professor who addresses the very nature of life and then human life. The fact that the human desire's for infinite is somehow brushed under the carpet or not talked about. It's the way we approach this infinity is the problem. We train and learn our own tools first ( the mind and the body) the rest falls into place. The point about challenging the existing system frame work is the key because we're all victims of a draconian system(especially the financial system) which is seriously crippling our creativity and expression to life.

    New to Service Design and just wanted to say thank you for your keynote - hopefully as Service Design is adopted into the development of services, these resources will rocket in views / likes! I feel like this is a very accessible keynote that covers some of the basics when looking at service design and the positive impacts it can have on user experience and business
